Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary by location:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays Shipping delays may occur due to customs, high order volume, or carrier issues. Marlé Society is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days at info@marlesociety.eu so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Marlé Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
